Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
No you are not required to make your property available to Section 8 as that is a personal choice. -
Are you licensed?
Yes we are fully licensed and insured. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes absolutely we are available 24/7 to all of our valued customers. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, our software allows us to collect rent then transfer electronically into your account. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, all of our customers will be provided a copy of the lease for review prior to signing. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we do! We have been representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors since 2004. -
How is rent collection handled?
All of our customers will receive rent deposits directly to their account paid in full five business days prior to the end of the month. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The majority of leases are twelve months in duration. However, there are special exceptions. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We offer two options for our customers. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
As soon as it is convenient for you! -
What type of properties do you manage?
There is no limit to what we can manage. Over the past twenty years we have managed everything from smaller single family homes to large multi family apartment buildings. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Owners will receive a monthly income statement as well as an end of year report for taxes. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold all security deposits.
