  • 100+ Units = 5% of monthly rent

  • $300
  • 2 – 19 Units = $300
  • 20 to 99 Units = $250
  • 100+ Units = $200

*additional $100 fee for smart technology installation and set up.

  • Rent Collection: Thomas Lynne Property Management collects rent from tenants on behalf of property owners. We enforce lease agreements, ensure timely payment, and handle any late payments or eviction processes if necessary.

  • Property Maintenance and Repairs: Thomas Lynne Property Management oversees the maintenance and repairs of the properties. We handle routine maintenance tasks, coordinate repairs, and respond to tenant requests and emergencies.
